Govolution Joins inContact inCloud Ecosystem Partner Program

ARLINGTON, Virginia – October 11, 2016 – Govolution, LLC announced today its inCloud Ecosystem (iCE) partnership with inContact, the leading provider of cloud contact center software and agent optimization. The iCE partnership between inContact and Govolution will bring secure payment acceptance to contact center agents through a seamless integration with inContact’s Customer Interaction Cloud.

The Velocity Call Center Payments solution reduces the call handle time of accepting a payment and ensures a secure, PCI compliant transaction. The seamless integration with inContact’s Customer Interaction Cloud, as opposed to an add-on virtual terminal, allows contact center agents to instantly match customer account information and payment history. The transaction is processed quickly, without the need to display the full credit card number to the agent. This integrated system offers valuable account information to agents quickly and enables them to serve customers faster, providing a higher quality experience.

“Providing secure and expedited payment acceptance in a contact center environment provides a high quality customer experience and allows call center agents to process transactions quickly,” said Paul Jarman, CEO of inContact. “We are very excited to provide our customers with an easy-to-use payment solution in the cloud through our partnership with Govolution.”

The integration of the Velocity Call Center Payments System will provide enhanced capabilities to inContact customers including:

  • A unified agent experience, allowing agents to view past payment history including payments made from all other channels
  • The ability to accept single payments or to set up payment plans with an autopay option
  • The ability to implement account receivable risk management policies at the point of the transaction including alerts for past due payment history and manager overrides

“Velocity’s Call Center Payment solution helps companies lower costs, eliminate PCI scope, reduce the risk of fraud and theft, and improve the overall customer experience,” said Greg Gentile, Govolution President. “Working alongside a leader like inContact to bring their customers fast and secure contact center payments demonstrates our commitment to the customer service ecosystem and the customer payment journey.”
