As Vice President for Product Development, Nikki has over ten years of progressive experience providing software programming and development to a variety of clients. He has a broad base of professional experience in the fields of information technology consulting and has worked with Financial Institutions as well as both Federal and State clients to achieve specific program goals. He has implemented his background in Computer Science and Mathematics to create versatile customer e-commerce solutions for over eight years, programming with an extensive array of languages on a variety of operating systems. Nikki received his Bachelor's degree from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
As Vice President of Product Management, Frank is responsible for setting the overall vision for Govolution's suite of payment-related products, as well as managing progress towards that product vision. Frank’s considerable experience in the electronic payments industry, as well as his expertise in project management, has enabled Govolution to rapidly deploy solutions for customers utilizing e-payment industry best practices. Frank joined Govolution in 2004, working in support of numerous large-scale, complex, electronic payment system implementations, such as the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He then served as the Vice President of Client Services, managing both the Implementation Services and Customer Support teams before being named to his current position in early 2015. Frank brings more than twenty nine years of experience with companies such as Capital One Financial Corporation, ExxonMobil Corporation, and the United States Navy to Govolution. Frank received his Bachelor of Chemistry degree from the University of Rochester and his Masters degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
As Director of Client Services, Deven is responsible for managing the Implementation Services Team and Customer Support Team. Deven has over twenty years of progressive experience providing business and technology consulting to a variety of clients. He has a broad base of professional experience in information technology consulting, enterprise architecture, project management, agency adoption management, and client relationship management. While at Govolution, Deven has worked directly with the U.S. Department of Treasury, as well as many other public and private sector organizations. Deven spent four years in the higher education sector prior to joining Govolution in 2001. Deven received his Bachelor of Arts from Davis & Elkins College in Psychology & Human Services and has a Certificate in Project Management from George Mason University.
